A Day in the Village

Upcoming Events


Daily

  • Mondays – Activities in the vocational building.
    We will be going over to the building around 9 am to do various activities: shredding, cooking, art projects.
    We will take 5-6 students and rotate each Monday. Additionally in May, we will begin going to Russell Feeds to do some serving opportunities there. 


  • Tuesday – Volunteer at Ronald Mc Donald. Each week we will take 4 students and rotate who goes every week.
    Please have students at Skool no later than 9:00 am, we volunteer from 10-2.

  • Wednesday - Voluntter at the Tarrant County Food bank.  There will be space for up to four students please be at the school no later than 8:30am.

  • Friday - There will also be volunteer week on Fridays, please bring a sack lunch and bottled water.




  • June 16 - Grump's

    This will be a restaurant style outing.  Students will be served cheeseburger, fries and a medium drink.  


    Please bring $15 and have the students at the skool by 10:30am. 

  • June 19 - Volunteer Event

    Students will do volunteer work.  You need to bring a sack lunch for that day and bottled water. 

  • June 22 - Cowtown Bowling

    We will bowl 2 games and then have lunch. Lunch will vary depending on what the students desire.  The cost will be $15. 


    Please have students here at the skool by 10:00am. 

  • June 30 - Coffee with a Cop

    We will be meeting at a Starbucks at a local area in Lake Worth.  We will be taking ten students so be sure to sign up.  Please be at the skool by 8:45am.
