A Day in the Village

Upcoming Events


Daily

  • Mondays – Activities in the vocational building.
    We will be going over to the building around 9 am to do various activities: shredding, cooking, art projects.
    We will take 5-6 students and rotate each Monday. Additionally in May, we will begin going to Russell Feeds to do some serving opportunities there. 


  • Tuesday – Volunteer at Ronald Mc Donald. Each week we will take 4 students and rotate who goes every week.
    Please have students at Skool no later than 9:00 am, we volunteer from 10-2.

  • Wednesday - Voluntter at the Tarrant County Food bank.  There will be space for up to four students please be at the school no later than 8:30am.

  • Friday - There will also be special field trips on Fridays, please bring a sack lunch and bottled water.




  • August 24 - Cowtown Bowling

    Participants will need to be at the Skool no later htan 9:30am.  We will be going to Cowtown bowling at 10:45am.  


    The cost will be $15 per student.  This will cover two rounds of bowling and lunch. 

  • September 30 - Main Event

    We will be going to Main Event at 10:30am.  Students will need to be at Skool no later than 9:45am.  


    The cost will be $25.00 per student and will cover their lunch and entertainment pass. 

  • September 18 -Fort Worth Stockyards

    We will be going to the Stockyard sto catch the cattle drive and tour Billy Bobs at 10:00am.  


    Participants will need to be at the school no later than 9:30am.  


    You need to bring a sack lunch.  There will be no cost for this field trip.
