Brenda Ornelas, is the founder and Executive Director of Heather's Old Skool Village. She retired from teaching in the public school system in June 2015 and opened the doors of Heather's in September 2015. Brenda always knew the heartache and frustration of parents when her students were graduating. It wasn't until Heather graduated in 2012 that she had the vision of her next journey. Heather was insistent that she was going to be a teacher., Brenda satisfied her by stating they would open their own skool. It took two years to make Heather's dream come true but in 2015 the doors opened with three students.
